After we create your pharmacy workspace, the owner receives an invitation. The trial begins when the owner activates that invitation.
Do I need a card or online payment?+
No card is needed for the trial. Paid subscriptions use offline UPI, bank transfer or cash. You submit a payment reference in the app, and our team verifies the payment before activating paid access.
Can I bring data from another software?+
Yes. Our assisted CSV/XLSX import supports mapped files, validation and preview before confirmation. Historical transactions remain searchable records. We do not connect directly to another vendor's database, so export and compare your records before switching.
What does the AI analysis actually do?+
When enabled, a pharmacy admin can request one daily brief. It uses aggregate sales and stock figures to suggest three business actions. It does not send customer identities, prescriptions, invoices or medicine names to the AI service.
Can I add more branches later?+
The free trial includes one branch. Paid access is ₹599 per branch per month plus GST. Choose the number you need, pay upfront, and our team enables additional branches after verifying the payment.
